Can I receive a BaZi reading without an exact birth time?
Yes. Your date still provides three complete pillars, including the Day Master and the core pattern used in the reading. A remembered time range can add context, while exact Hour-Pillar details are used only when the information supports them.
What should I enter if I only know a rough time?
Share the range or family memory exactly as you received it—morning, afternoon, evening, or a traditional two-hour period. This gives the founder useful context without forcing you to guess a precise minute.
Why does birthplace matter?
Location can matter when reviewing timezone, daylight-saving history, and traditions that consider local or true solar time. The checklist helps preserve that context for review.
