By using Your Element, you agree to use its content, calculators, downloads, and readings for personal educational and reflective purposes.

Reflective, not deterministic

BaZi, Five Phase, zodiac, and wellbeing material describes traditional cultural frameworks and reflective interpretations. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment, psychological care, legal or financial advice, or a guarantee of health, wealth, relationships, timing, or future events.

Calculator and quiz results are limited by their stated inputs and models. Visible element percentages do not replace a full chart interpretation and do not diagnose physical constitution or organ health. Verify important birth information independently.

Paid products

Digital guides and printable files are licensed to the purchaser for personal use. They may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, or presented as the purchaser's own product. Personalized readings are prepared from the information the customer supplies; uncertainty in birth time or place may limit the interpretation.

Delivery

Digital products and readings are currently delivered manually by email. The stated delivery period begins after payment and all usable delivery information have been received. Customers are responsible for providing a working email address and checking filtered or spam folders.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse calculators, payment routes, signup forms, downloads, or site infrastructure; attempt unauthorized access; submit unlawful material; or provide another person's private birth information without permission.

Changes and governing rights

Products, prices, and these terms may be updated for future orders. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
