Refunds, cancellations, and corrections.

This policy covers relationship readings, personalized BaZi readings, Feng Shui consultations, digital guides, and printable products. Keep your PayPal order reference and contact the studio promptly if an order is duplicated, inaccessible, undelivered, materially different from its description, or contains a verified studio error.

Your statutory rights come first

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived in your country. Where a cooling-off right applies, its treatment depends on whether the order is instant digital content or personalized work, whether supply or work has begun, and the express acknowledgements made at checkout.

When personalized work begins

Personalized work begins only after cleared payment and enough usable customer information have been received, and the studio has started a product-specific task such as chart verification, research, analysis, consultation preparation, space review, or drafting. A payment receipt alone does not mean personalized work has begun.

Instant digital products

For guides, printables, and other non-personalized downloads, an eligible cancellation receives a full refund before digital supply begins. When the customer expressly requests immediate supply and acknowledges the legal consequence, the change-of-mind withdrawal right may end once access or delivery begins, where applicable law permits.

This does not remove remedies for a file that is faulty, inaccessible after reasonable troubleshooting, materially misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming. The studio may first provide a working replacement or correction where that is a lawful and reasonable remedy.

Relationship and BaZi readings

A relationship, compatibility, crossroads, one-question, or BaZi order may be cancelled for a full refund before personalized work begins. If cancellation occurs after work begins at the customer's express request, the studio may retain or charge a lawful proportion reflecting work already performed. After the reading is fully performed and delivered, no change-of-mind refund is offered where applicable law permits.

A verified error in confirmed birth inputs, chart calculation, customer name, promised section, formatting, or file access will be corrected without charge. A new person, new birth time, new question, changed objective, or materially expanded brief is new scope rather than a free correction. Disagreement with a clearly disclosed reflective interpretation, or an outcome not occurring, is not by itself a product defect or refund ground.

Feng Shui consultations

A Feng Shui order may be cancelled for a full refund before the studio begins reviewing the submitted floor plan, photographs, directions, questionnaire, or consultation brief. After review or preparation begins at the customer's express request, any refund may be reduced by a lawful proportion for work already completed. Once the agreed consultation or report is fully performed and delivered, no change-of-mind refund is offered where applicable law permits.

Feng Shui guidance is a reflective spatial service and does not guarantee reconciliation, wealth, health, business performance, property value, or any other result. A material error against the confirmed brief will be corrected; preference changes or requests outside the agreed rooms, occupants, or objectives require a new scope.

Customer information and inactive orders

Delivery timing starts when cleared payment and all essential information for the purchased scope are available. If required information is missing, contradictory, unreadable, or not supplied, the delivery clock pauses. The studio may place the order on hold after 14 days and may close its active production slot after 60 days; a later restart is subject to current availability and does not create a refund for work already completed.

Delays caused by an incorrect email address, unanswered clarification request, unavailable download inbox, incomplete birth details, or unusable Feng Shui materials are not studio non-delivery. The studio will make reasonable contact and correction attempts using the information supplied with the order.

Delay, duplicate payment, and non-delivery

A verified duplicate capture will be refunded. If the studio misses an expressly promised delivery period for reasons within its control, the customer may accept a specific revised date or use any cancellation remedy available under applicable law. An order that remains undelivered after reasonable troubleshooting is eligible for replacement, completion, or refund as the circumstances and applicable law require.

Revisions and subjective outcomes

The purchase includes the product and correction scope shown on its sales page or order confirmation; it does not include unlimited revisions, continuing consultation, or guaranteed agreement with the interpretation. Courtesy clarification does not reopen a completed cancellation period or expand the original contract.

Payment disputes and delivery records

To protect both parties, the studio may retain records of checkout consent, payment capture, supplied customer information, work milestones, delivery attempts, file delivery, and support correspondence for the applicable accounting and dispute period. If a PayPal dispute is opened, the studio may provide relevant transaction and fulfillment evidence while minimizing unrelated personal information.

How to cancel or request a remedy

Reply to the order-confirmation email or use the customer-support contact shown in the PayPal transaction. Include your name, PayPal order reference, product, order date, and the requested remedy. Do not send government identification or unrelated sensitive information unless specifically and lawfully required.

We aim to acknowledge a request within two business days. If a refund is approved, the studio will submit it to the original payment method within ten business days; PayPal or the customer's financial institution may require additional processing time. A refund cannot exceed the amount actually paid. PayPal's dispute and buyer-protection procedures remain available under PayPal's own terms.
